Working.

I am totally in love with my job even it was just after 3 days! Or maybe I said it too early. I like the place we worked because the location isn't far-flung, yet it is in the centre hemmed in by CD shops. Music and movie playing all time!

Every day is like a new episode of drama, keeping you excited and anticipating for the next. Even though it's tiring (super duper tiring!) but it was worthwhile. I gained so many valuable experiences in interacting and networking with people from all walk of life. People with huge family; small family; newly wed couple; city dwellers; senior citizens. So did my bff Li Wen. I think my temper is getting real good day by day.

Let’s don’t left out the good things! We met so many new friends! Or ‘colleagues’ I should say. They're really awesome people! Spending time with time eventually killed tiresome. They're my endorphins!!!! (is it too greasy? hehe). I think the only adversity will be carrying boxes of drinks until hands trembling but still it was not so agony.

Introducing *drum beats* Okay first there is our leader (idk his post) Alvin. He is good la I think because he is always taking care of us. We joke around sometimes.  And there are two beautiful ladies same age as us, Li Feng and Siaw San! They are promoters for Pepsi but we help each other out all the time. FRIENDSHIP ISN’T ABOUT TAKING SIDES!


Oh there was this easy-going girl I met. I don't know what's her name because I didn't manage to ask and she left for another outlet already. (She works for 王老吉Wong Lo Kat) our fate began when I was helping a customer and I passed by her little stall and she gave me a sample. Before I left she passed me another one and said 'for your friend!:D' I was like OMG how caring!!! How did she even notice I have a friend while liwen wasn’t around that time. Feel like singing "You're a shooting star, I see a vision of ecstasy!" to her. Omg I really have to say the beverage is very very nice! And the price is too very very 'nice'. Since it’s 王老吉 then we called her ‘吉姐’ (Pronounce as ‘Kat-jie’ in Cantonese).

I can't deny that some customers are really warmth and loving our hospitality. Sometimes having a short chat with them could made my day because the conversation could be really fun! They don’t mind to talk about their family or even some other stuff. But some customers are afraid of us because they thought promoters are suppose to coax people all the way during their shopping. Even so they don't detest or bristle. How nice! 

Look at this pig! I earn it from a claw game machine! Omg I never thought I could get it. We saw a woman bringing her son (around 2 y/o) playing the machine and she got so many tokens that she had to keep them in a container! She did that for her son I think. Awww lucky boy! And the kid is very very cute he likes smiling. I love kids whom like to smile, especially showing a bright smile whenever people smile to them. The woman was really good she got quite a lot for her son and she taught us how as well. I saw her got a Totoro right in front of me with my eyes. First time in my life ever I did see someone get it.

So each of me and LiWen tried once only since we didn't have much money left after dinner. I never thought I will get it because I saw that woman failed a lot of times. Plus people said it is very difficult! I didn’t think much and just aim it. And I did it!!!!!!! Thank you Amitofo!!:D anyway because me and LiWen were too excited and we screamed and I heard the spectators commenting 'hey look this game is driving people crazy!' (I am just excited!)


Anyway there are plenty of uproarious things. Our vast laughters never stop!:D

 
Recently I am watching We Got Married and I particularly like Adam couple very much! (I know I am late). I used to fond with Khuntoria and I realise Adam could be really cute! They are both so petite. I think they have that chemistry or electricity in between.

Reasons I like them:
1. JoKwon is very funny!
2. Omg GaIn is really cool!
3. They are honest and straight-forward
4. They are showing their real personalities to each other (not faking at all)
5. THEY ARE SO MATCH!!

Since last time we had so much fun, liwen felt like want to skate again! So we went again with sin yee. In the car on the way to the place, she was so confident! I was really shocked.


Before we went into the ring, funny thing happened. Sin Yee couldn’t put on the shoes and I didn’t know how much time we spent on helping her. When she tried to stand up she finally realized how difficult it is!!!!!!
 I heard she blurt out ‘how we can walk on this!!!!!’

Meanwhile, liwen and me were like ‘why like this?!’
‘Ya lo, why I don’t feel the same as last time’
‘Me too!!!!! What happen!!!!’


Not even 10 minutes I guess sin yee went out to change another pair of shoes because the previous one doesn’t fit. And we even bought a locker. Spent too much time laughing here and there also. Finally! We began to take it seriously.


Sin Yee was so frenetic  she wanted to challenge so many things liwen was helping her and I was somewhere, far far away, practice with myself. I did try to ascertain sin yee’s progress and she’s good! And I managed to save them when they fell. Lifesaver oh lifesaver.


I found it dangerous when 3 of us trying to hold hands. Because sin yee is powerful! When she fell she will eventually brought our butt to the floor as well. I didn’t know what happen to her she suddenly laughed at liwen’s legs and she fell. So did us. Another time was when I was pulling liwen ahead, sin yee fell, pulling liwen and liwen kicked my shoes accidentally! I wasn’t supposed to fall with them one :( MY BUTT HURTS!
Sorry to say but we made so much noise there. Scream LOUD and laugh out LOUD. (I’m sorry but I don’t chuckle) Sin Yee likes to ask us to show her how we did it. Maybe she was contemplating her ‘plight’ or maybe she was just simply enjoying it.


Liwen had the ‘Skating Photograph Friendship’. She was suddenly brought away by a girl leaving me and sin yee with question marks. We chased after her (sin yee’s idea) and got to know that she was helping them to take photos. We asked for their help in return lol. Omg later I knew that liwen’s new friend had been skating for 2 times only but she did so astoundingly well! I am so amateurish I got so many abrasions my goodness.

Check this out! I found a super duper cute apps! Omg I can’t believe I play dressing up and I like it. It’s called Hana’s Closet. Hana is actually a comical character. I read all the comics about her and I love the series about pregnancy!  Well, this is me!

Roller Skate

My buddy Amanda aka sai sai is leaving on Friday (for her further study at Ireland). So awa went out one last time yesterday before she goes T T! It was a fun day, full of joy, though there was little blues. And chaotic and pain! Me! The one who endured the pain!!


She invited me and liwen to roller skate. I didn’t sense any in the wrong until I wore the skate shoes and tried to stand up. OMG WHAT THE HELL. How come I can’t walk with this shit. Deng deng I’m in trouble. Luckily there was no one! Empty skate ring with not-functioning-air-conditioner and 3 girls walking alongside the wall LOL. Amanda is good she is really really good. Me and liwen had a hard time in the beginning. I suffered a lot of falling down and unable to balance myself even holding onto the wall.


Blablablabla and about 20 minutes later I didn’t know where I got that courage and daring enough to challenge myself. Stupid. It served me right. I planned 4 missions (from wall to wall la actually). I HOLD NOTHING BUT AMANDA LOL. Mission 1 was…good? Mission 2 and 3 were shaky. Mission 4 was the funniest I failed to balance and I fell down on my butt. Pulling her to fall with me HAHAHAHA! We kept laughing and idk why falling down wasn’t as bad as I thought.


Later liwen joined us WOOHOO! She is good as well! Even on her first attempt to do my missions she didn’t fall! How cool. We slowly got used to the balancing thing and the ‘brake’ thing we called it, we skated around by ourselves. Okay there was once I fell down with liwen. We was holding hands and idk why again I lost balance I pulled her to fall with me! I’m sorry! Amanda kept laughing at us I remember HAHAHA. I laughed at myself too omg luckily there was no one! Couldn’t imagine what if there were hot guys!


The staff kept putting pop music even Gangnam Style. Because I think I can skate by myself I think I’m good enough I want to impress people I danced with the music. Pffs! I don’t think people will see me as I’m dancing. I was just flailing my arms (trying to balance) everywhere like catching mosquitos. And what I remember is I kept falling down on my butt and my knees. But even so I’m undaunted!


I’m so grateful my clothes are immaculate. I was wearing my favourite Hard Rock collection and moreover it is my favourite blue. Amanda was so frantically want to learn speeding up. Me and liwen too frail we could skate no more. We took off our shoes and cleaned ourselves up.

We had a small discussion to decide where to have dinner. Amanda wanted to have something local before she leaves. And our discussion has no conclusion lols. We were so hungryyyyyy at last she decided to go Porkies. Ahhhhhhhhh. Liwen and I ordered coke and we just guzzled one after one. They told me about their trip to KL and we of course did gossip a little bit hehe. And I went window shop with liwen at OneJaya before we go home.

And I’m having driving lesson this morning. Don’t even know will I get my license before cny. I’m so so so so amateurish. I think my instructor will get heart attack soon since my driving is gruesome. Can’t even remember track A and B! Sigh.

Gifts

May it be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out.


A few days earlier I rearranged my cupboard and I found gifts! My collection of gifts from various people over years.  I felt so loved and reminisced about the days. 




For me I think gifts are not necessary to be given on birthday or Christmas or any special occasion. It can be given all year round if that someone is special enough. Like when you went into a shop you saw something really cute and you thought of your best friend that who like it and you bought it. Btw gifts can either be tangible or not. And in this case, the gift that I got was real. 

 

 

It’s a duckling from my mum! Smallest duckling ever! It’s just about size of three fingers? Okay I have to say this duckling is always solely. ALWAYS! It’s too small and I always have to find when this little thing is. Sometimes I could just left duckling under my bed or chink between sofas. My apologies. So I kept it in the cupboard and never ever let him out HAHA. Sentence to imprison for the rest of the life.

So the message went like ‘the kitty is so cute look just like me’ and she thought I said Hello Kitty she was like ‘omg since when it’s a kitty! Sifu secretly changed it into kitty?!’
And our ‘thank you so much’, ‘you’re welcome!’ go like this : ‘Thank you wei.’ ‘Welcome la 三八’. Bff thing. I know right.



And I think the presence of all my best friends are already a gift from LaoTianYeh. So let’s don’t neglect the buis. Joey went to national service HAHAHAHAHA:P we said she’ll be super muscular like Jong Kook when she comes back. She like Joong Kook anyway. 


ShianMei went to Singapore since Monday. And I don’t know when she comes back I didn’t manage to ask her.


And about Liwen I just went to her place yesterday night. To sit down, have a cup of Ribena and chat. She told me about her trip to KL with Amanda and Joey. They’re so funny haha! And we did our job application. We are going to work!

Now the Curry and AWA. Curry went to National Service too! OMG. This is too astonishing because she was so refusing to go at the first place. Amanda is the lost girl on the lost land, said Liwen. She is applying to go UK for further study. How fortunate and how rich. I wish I could! To my favourite city London! OMG!


Here’s a little story about my primary school best friend Xin Ying. She decided to go Sunway College in KL for whatever Monash Foundation or something. She asked me to go along with her for my A level. She said we could share the same dorm room which means we could be roommates! OMG THAT WOULD BE SO MUCH FUN! :O but I already decided to go Singapore. SHE COULD HAVE TOLD ME EARLIER:(
